 A highlight of my trip to Africa was being with Lionel and Judy, "Cooking in the Cape". What a fun time and I am still laughing. We dined for 3 hours and not only enjoyed the cuisine, but participated with "hands on" in the preparation. The ambiance was nonpareil with the coziness of Judy's home set in a lush tropical setting. It also gave me a chance to learn about the marvelous African wines.

"France... eat your heart our ... people, come to South Africa and get a little wild. Coming out of the bush and into Lionel's hands in Cape Town - the most beautiful city in the world - highlighted our journey.

Our "cook in the Cape" in Judy's wonderful home and "country kitchen" was a true afternoon delight. Come to Africa, and Cook in the Cape - you will be in for a smorgasbord, not only of food and wine, but of culture and camaraderie. p.s. I was not paid any fee for this remark.
